Help Desk is a way for SunGeek.com Computers to remote into your computer to fix a problem. Limitations apply, so you must call and schedule this appointment first.
Sometimes a credit card or Paypal account may be required for this type of support. This support cannot work if you are having some types of hardware problems. Some terms and limitations may apply. See Terms.
If you are using a MAC, or with some Windows customers, the tech will give you a code to enter in the box.
When told to do so, click on READY TO START link above. This will download a program that will allow us to remote control your computer.
Chrome or Firefox: "SunGeekR" will automatically download. After it downloads, look for it and run it.
Internet Explorer: You will be asked to run or open - Click on Run. If it asks, tell it to allow t to run.
