Instant support is a way for SunGeek.com to remote into your computer to fix a problem. 

Instant Support technicians are generally available during normal store hours:  Monday-Thursday 10-6, Friday 10-5:30pm, Saturday 10-4.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

First:  Call Sungeek

Second:  A technician will determine of they are able to help you over the internet.

NOTE:  Instant support can't always help when you're having hardware problems, networking issues, or some virus problems.

Third:  Once the technician has determined that you can be helped in this fashion, you will be prompted to pay the connect fee ($20), and subsequent per minute charge (.99 / minute).

The technician will provide you with a PIN code.

Select Run, then Run again, then give the technician the ID in the box.
