When the technician is ready, they will tell you to click on:

Select Run, then Run again, then give the technician the ID in the box.

Help Desk Instant Support is a way for SunGeek.com to remote into your computer to fix a problem. 

Instant Support technicians are generally available during normal store hours.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

First:  Call SunGeek.com Computers to engage a technician.  They will determine if they can help you over the internet.

NOTE:  Instant support can't always help when you're having hardware problems, networking issues, or some virus problems.

Second: You will discuss the current Help Desk remote support rate.
