computer to fix a problem.
Instant Support technicians are
generally available during
normal store hours.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
First: Call
SunGeek.com to engage a
technician. They will
determine if they can help you
over the internet.
NOTE: Instant support
can't always help when you're
having hardware problems,
networking issues, or some virus
problems.
Second: Once
the technician has determined
that you can be helped in this
fashion, you will be prompted to
pay the connect fee ($20), and
subsequent per minute charge
(.99 / minute).
Credit card or PayPal account required for
Instant Support.

Finally:
When the
technician is ready, they will
tell you to click on:
READY TO START
Select Run, then Run again, then
give the technician the ID in
the box.
